To celebrate Christmas, the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB) has brought together four short animated films from the collection at the Czech National Archive. In the mid-20th century, animated films made in the Czech Republic achieved international recognition thanks to their blend of technical expertise and imagination. These Christmas stories star simple everyday objects including a rag doll, a toy and a ball of wool that become endearing characters.
