Inspired in Barcelona: Luce - Disseny HUB Barcelona Exhibitions

The exhibition Inspired in Barcelona: Luce, at the Disseny Hub Barcelona, examines light as a creative language capable of transforming spaces and shaping atmospheres that define identity. After its presentation at Milan Design Week, the exhibition arrives reinterpreted for Barcelona Design Week with a special focus on self-produced projects: unique pieces or short series conceived for specific commissions or designed directly for end users. The show also revisits earlier references that, long before the digital era, explored independent and personalised approaches to design. Highlights include the BARCELONA luminaire by Antoni Arola and the lighting intervention developed by Simon and designed by Michela Mezzavilla – MMAS Lighting, which transforms the space with an atmosphere created for the occasion. An initiative organised by BCDF in collaboration with Disseny Hub Barcelona. .
