The exhibition Splendor. Return to the beginning by Silvia Gubern Garriga-Nogués brings the works of this artist back to Barcelona after an absence of thirty years. The exhibition features a compilation of her work throughout her extensive career. Artist, poet and energy healer, in this show we can contemplate a hundred works that reflect Gubern's creative process, characterized by a deep vocation towards the development of personal, planetary and spiritual consciousness.
The exhibition invites the spectator to embark on a journey back to the beginning, where Gubern redraws and recreates the communion between beings and things. Her work explores the guiding and healing power of images, signs, words and vision through drawings, channeled writing, sculptures, poems, glass paintings and installations. These pieces not only represent her art, but also bear witness to her belief in art as a sacred and transformative language.
In Splendor. Return to the beginning, Gubern invites us to connect with the metaphorical powers of light, transparency and antimatter, fundamental elements in her practice of spiritual transformation. .
