World Environment Day is held on 5 June and Barcelona is joining the initiative and has organized lots of activities based on the themes of sustainability, care of the environment and climate change awareness.

Main activities:

June 1st, 2nd, and 3rd: in the morning, there will be a group of environmental facilitators (ANIMARIUS) at Plaça Catalunya carrying out a dynamics session about the environment and drought. Questions and games related to these topics will be addressed. Additionally, the campaign images regarding drought will be displayed on screens, and leaflets will be distributed.
June 3rd: there will be an outing to Montjuïc Park to explain how drought affects an environment in Barcelona and the evidence that we can observe in our parks.
