The official fire brigade of the city of Barcelona was founded in 1833. Since then, the fires that have occurred and the way they have been dealt with are an example of the state of fire prevention in each period. This exhibition shows how these preventive measures have been applied throughout the history of the fire brigade and includes related activities such as conferences, seminars and demonstrations.
