The chef Carme Ruscalleda is one of the world's greatest exponents of avant-garde cuisine. After her legendary Sant Pau restaurant closed in the fall of 2018, Ruscalleda continues working in her studio workshop in Sant Pol de Mar and managing the Sant Pau restaurant in Tokyo and the Moments restaurant in the Mandarin Hotel in Barcelona. The exhibition entitled "Carme Ruscalleda, the essence of flavor" reviews her career path, her commitment to slow food and her passionate defence that flavors form part of our memory.
