When dining out, not everyone considers eating at a hotel. However, hotel gastronomy in Barcelona is a true revelation. From 19 May to 1 June, the tenth edition of the Hotel Tapa Tour takes place — an initiative in which numerous five-star and grand luxury five-star hotels across the city take part by offering signature tapas. These are genuine gastronomic gems: a staple of our culture like tapas becomes, in the hands of hotel chefs, a bite of culinary innovation.
