Every month, the Fairmont Barcelona uses its restaurant facilities to put on a selection of workshops relating to gastronomy and wine. Each season their professional chefs choose a new theme and show you how to work with local products and produce both contemporary and traditional dishes. They are workshops for you to enjoy, share and give as a gift!
28th September: Mini chef 5th edition.
29th September: Wine harvest workshop .
12th October: Wines around the world workshop.
27th October: Panellets workshop.
3rd November: Indian cuisine.
17th November: Baking with brandy workshop.
1st December: Gingerbread House workshop.
21st December: Christmas soups from around the Mediterranean.
