A large area, totally free of traffic, with different places to explore, most of them in the open air. That’s the Poble Espanyol de Barcelona, an iconic visitor attraction in the heart of Montjuïc. Every Sunday, there’s a different activity: theatre, dance, music, magic, treasure hunts, etc. Throughout the year there are loads of activities to ensure you have a great day out with the family: Carnival, a Giants’ Parade, a Puppet Festival, the Click and Go Fair, the Main Festival, the Medieval Fair, Christmas at the Poble, Halloween... and new additions, including a fantastic flower festival and Midsummer Eve party tailored to all the family. In short, a wide range of activities for all the family.

Craft workshop: Silk postcards: Artisans for a day, working with the silk to create a unique postcard with our hands and with the help of a few tools.
18th February, from 10:30am to 1:30pm.
Marina and the dream of flying: Children show that combines theater, dance and puppetry.
25th February, from 12:30noon to 1:20pm.
Trip Colo Hop: Multidisciplinary dance show for families with a high visual component and original.
4th March, from 12:30noon to 1:10pm.
La Calçotada: Enjoy Catalan gastronomy and popular culture, featuring giant figures, human towers, Catalan rumba, traditional and folk dancing, and calçots, spring onions with romescu sauce, barbecue and wine tasting.
10th March, from 11am to 6pm.
Barcelona Puppet Festival: 9th edition of the festival with 16 shows and more than 70 performances along the weekend.
17th & 18th March, from 11am a 6pm.
Stories for coexisting: Children's theater, music and pupper show.
15th April, from 12:30noon to 13:20pm.
