The Zurich Marat� de Barcelona, one of the most important events on the city�s annual sporting calendar

On 25th March, the city will be hosting the 34th Zurich Marat� de Barcelona, which expects to attract a record number of 19,000 runners this year.

The marathon is open to amateur runners and covers a 42 km urban route, passing by some of the city�s landmark sights. There couldn�t be a better opportunity to enjoy the good weather and do some sightseeing in Barcelona.

And the organisers have planned an attractive programme of events and entertainments for runners and their companions.
