03/12/2017 - 12/31/2017

After several years of preparation and research, and with a dozen experts involved, the Museu d'història of the city is offering "The Jews in medieval Barcelona", an exhibition which shows the history and heritage they left the city. To do this, the exhibition is structured in three spheres: the topography of the Call (the Jewish Quarter), which includes a guide to locate the most significant points; the history of the Call, focused on life in this quarter around 1300, and lastly the cultural legacy of the Call, and specifically on three of the most outstanding people to live there: Abraham bar Hiyya, Salomó ben Adret and Hasday Cresques.
