Sapiens. Understanding in order to createExhibitions and activities, Food and Wine

We all know about the genius and creative potential of Ferran Adrià. At the moment, with the El BulliLab team, he is working on developing a methodology known as Sapiens that will enable people to analyze, order and consequently understand a whole series of projects related to education, business and innovation.
Sapiens is also being used to study gastronomy in restaurants, to try to understand the processes involved and study how their constituent elements can be ordered. This exhibition, the first to be held on Sapiens, uses a dish as iconic and apparently as simple as Catalan tomato bread to address the complex and multifarious reality of this whole process.
